Greenflash joins Hex

When I first met the Greenflash founders, Devin and Gabe, a few months ago, I was impressed by the clarity and depth of their thinking. They had built something genuinely compelling, and their vision was remarkably aligned with questions we'd been thinking and dreaming about ourselves: how to make agents more aligned, better at using context, and self-improving.

At Greenflash, they built tools for understanding how AI agents actually perform in production. Going beyond traditional observability and evals to analyze real user conversations, uncover systemic failures and missed opportunities, and help teams automatically turn those insights into concrete product improvements. They bring a rare combination of product vision and deep technical expertise, and I've been particularly impressed by their ability to turn ambitious ideas into impactful technology.

So I'm excited to announce the Greenflash team has joined Hex!

Moving forward, we're focused on helping organizations deploy agents that can do critical data work and make better decisions. This isn't just about building semantic models or clever harnesses; it's about delivering a whole system and platform that can develop and compound trust at scale.

We're thrilled to bring their expertise and perspective to that mission. The ability to understand how agents behave when confronted with real world data problems, and systematically make them better, is central to that work, and it’s something they have spent a lot of time thinking about.
